Joan Shapiro, chairperson
A banker with community investment expertise, Joan Shapiro is one of the pioneers of socially responsible investing.  She was formerly executive vice president of ShoreBank Corp. and as president of the Social Investment Forum, her work was nationally recognized.

William Lazarus, president and ceo
Bill Lazarus earned a PhD from MIT and has a national reputation for his work in predictive modeling and data mining.  Bill is a former strategist and senior manager for Dun & Bradstreet.

Matt Tessar, chief technology officer
Matt Tessar earned degrees in computer science and geography from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.  He has developed GIS tools at QMSoft and at ESRI where he was part of the team that developed and deployed ArcIMS at the U.S. Census Bureau.

Mark Dengler, vice president for sales and service
Mark Dengler is a graduate of the University of Maryland.  He had a 21-year career with the YMCA of the USA, establishing himself as a national leader in the areas of membership, staff, board and fundraising development.
